We use fresh hams and U.S. Choice sirloin for the pork and beef Bar-B-Que. Baby back pork ribs, beef spare ribs, and chicken complete the high quality line of Bar-B-Que meats. We use NO liquid smoke! The hickory wood used in the Bar-B-Que pit gives the meat its unique smoky flavor. Our Bar-B-Que sauce is made from scratch with the finest ingredients available and is available by mail order!
