Enjoy the country life at our rustic mountain cabin set on 3 acres cascading down to a small stream and pond. Relax on the back deck watching the sun rise and set while the horses roam on the distant pasture land all surrounded by the Maggie Valley mountain range. This 2 story cabin sits at 3,000í elevation in the valley with 3,200 s.f. of living area for your large family to vacation in . The stone wall fireplace is a great place for the family to gather. There is unlimited US long distance calling and DSL high speed internet access. The kidís will love the huge recreation room with 32 inch TV, pool table, and ping-pong table. There is an outside Thermaspa hot tub for added fun. This cabin comes furnished with 2 king beds, 2 double beds, a large recreation room with 2 double sofa sleepers, 2 double futons and 3 baths. Open Year round and minutes away from Cataloochee Ski Area.

Additional Days $225 added to 3-day or weekly rates. Week prior to Christmas is at $1395.00 rental rate for the week. Major holidays including 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Yearís have a 7 night minimum and pre-set weeks depending on when the holiday falls. For major holidays and July rentals 100% of rental fees and taxes are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable if cancelled unless re-booked. Memorial and Labor Day holidays will be charged the same rate as June or August. All reservations will incur a $45 processing fee. Add 12% for Local Sales and Occupancy Taxes. For a little privacy and a getaway, you can retire to the cabin's master bedroom with it therapeutic adjustable king size bed and private bathroom. The cabin has 2 king size beds in large bedrooms, 2 double beds in their own cozy rooms, with 2 double sleeper sofas and 2 full sized futons in the recreational area. The cabin has plenty of closet space and a covered carport for your vehicles.


This bedroom on the main floor has a full sized bed and a TV with cable.


The other bedroom located on the main floor of this home also has a full sized bed and a TV with cable.


Imagine you and your guests in our fun-filled game room with large wood burning stove fireplace! The kid's will love the huge recreation room with 32 inch TV, pool table, and ping-pong table. Adjacent to the recreation room, is the fourth bedroom with king size bed, third bathroom and full laundry facilities.


The fourth bedroom in this home is located downstairs. It has a king sized bed and a TV with cable.


The upper deck is a great place to sit and relax in this beautiful wooded setting. Grill out on the gas grill and enjoy a meal outdoors.


The lower sitting area is covered by the upper deck and has plenty of seating.


Relax away from the kids in the Thermaspa Hot Tub, while you enjoy the Pond and Mountain Views during the winter months. During the summer months enjoy the seclusion and soak up the sounds around you while you enjoy the hot tub.

Relax on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset, while horses roam on the community's pasture land during the winter months--- all surrounded by the Maggie Valley mountain ranges. Our guests spend much of their time exploring the many splendid natural wonders of the area. This cabin is a great "base camp" for your adventures in the mountains of North Carolina.


During late September through October, the leaves change from day to day. They change with the decreasing light, humidity and temperature. From your base camp, you can travel up in elevation to the Blue Ridge Parkway or down in elevation to see the leaves at their best. This is a view of our PondView log Cabin during the peak of the fall leaf season.


Take a short stoll down this wooden walk way to your own private pond area below and enjoy your stay.


Enjoy wonderful dinners around this table handmade locally with re purposed barn wood.
